Middle school years are a pivotal time in a young person’s life, and Saint David Catholic School provides a supportive, faith-filled environment where students can explore their strengths, embrace new challenges, and grow into confident, capable young leaders. During this important phase of development, students are encouraged to examine, embrace, and defend their beliefs while building meaningful friendships and learning to navigate the social changes that accompany adolescence.

Saint David middle school students continue to deepen their knowledge and application of STREAM skills (Science, Technology, Religion, Engineering, Art, and Math) through engaging, hands-on learning experiences and elective programs designed to foster problem-solving, collaboration, and real-world connections. In addition, our curriculum includes literacy and writing through the HMH program. Mathematical reasoning and processes are developed using the Carnegie Math Series. McGraw Hill, Sadlier, and Pearson are programs used for the core subjects of social studies, religion, and science. This ensures students are academically prepared and confident in their abilities.

Beyond academics, middle school students refine presentation skills, work in collaborative projects, and participate in a variety of co-curricular and enrichment opportunities including athletics, Spanish, physical education, music, performing arts, theatre, choir, and robotics clubs. Students also have opportunities to develop leadership skills through programs such as Student Council and National Junior Honors Society. Additional opportunities are offered each quarter to provide students with new experiences that foster creativity, leadership, and personal growth. These experiences help students build confidence, teamwork, and interpersonal skills that are essential for personal growth and future success.
